Printed to order means we can't take back a shirt just because it doesn't fit — so use this before you buy, not after.
The fastest way: measure a shirt you already own
Lay a tee you like the fit of flat on a table. Measure straight across the chest, armpit to armpit, then double that number — that's your chest circumference. Measure from the collar seam straight down to the hem for length. Match both numbers to the charts below.

Chest width is measured laid flat, one side — double it for full circumference. Garment measurements can run about half an inch either way.
