Every tee is printed to order, so we don't run a general returns program.
What we do cover, we cover completely — no return shipping, no restocking
fee, no runaround.

WE'LL REPLACE OR REFUND

· Misprints or print quality problems
· Items that arrive damaged or defective
· The wrong item or wrong size sent

Email support@trailandemberco.com within 30 days of delivery with your
order number and a photo of the problem. That's the whole process.

WHAT WE DON'T COVER

Ordering the wrong size, or changing your mind. Made to order means there's
no shelf to put it back on.

The size guide is on every product page. Best method: measure a shirt you
already wear and match it to the chart.

ABOUT COLOR

Comfort Colors tees are garment-dyed, so slight variation between shirts is
normal — that's the process, not a defect. Screens vary too, so what you see
may not be exact.
