How long does shipping take?

We print in 2-5 business days, then it's 3-5 business days in transit. Most orders land in 7-10 business days total.

What does shipping cost?

$4.75 flat on US orders. Free once your cart hits $50 — two tees does it.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not yet. US only for now.

What if it doesn't fit?

Everything's printed to order, so we can't take back a wrong size — check the size guide before you buy. If we sent you the wrong size, that's on us and we'll fix it.

What if it arrives damaged or misprinted?

Email support@trailandemberco.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund it — no need to ship anything back.

Phoenix, Arizona. Printed and shipped in the USA.

How do I track my order?

Tracking gets emailed to you the moment it ships.
